gpt-3.5-turbo produces copyrighted articles which are behind the paywall

NY Times has recently filled a lawsuit against OpenAI for copyright infringment. The lawsuit states that millions of articles, published and copyrighted by NY Times, have been used to train automated chatbots that now compete with the news outlet as an information source.

The lawsuit document contains examples of prompts which support claims of the plaintiff. More concretely, we base this LVE on the prompt from paragraph 103 where the user asks LLM to provide the paragraphs from articles hidden behind the paywall.
